Whiteboarding
I honed the first visual forms of the idea and refined them in a rough whiteboard format. Approximate layouts and placement of key design features and elements based on the business objective.
At this stage I was anticipating the screens based on common design patterns from similar platforms.

Primary Functions
Identifying the key screens, the main engine of the application, I uncovered through the research and reviews and initial user interviews that a 'lesson player', a video player to deliver the training was the most important function of the proposed application. So I set about designing that experience for an Amazon seller.
I directed the development team that the initial development would focus on developing a video environment.

Agile Methodology
I follow the Stanford D School 'Design Thinking' methodology within an Agile environment for product development.
Quick and innovative development based on the data and the user engagement was key. From experience it creates opportunities to assess a project’s direction during the development cycle and innovate based on feedback.
Along wit the Product Owner I created Jira tasks for the development team so that we could break the project into bite-sized achievable chunks and analyze and improve the product throughout its development.

Wireframes
I developed a series of wireframes for the product for the main user flows to outline the basic layout and demonstrate what interface elements should exist on the key screens.
The purpose is being informed here by a business objective and a creative idea. These wireframes depicted the page layout and the arrangement of the applications content, including the interface elements and navigational system.
At this stage all is lacking typographic style, colour, or graphics, the main focus here is functionality, behavior, and the priority of content. With the focus on what a screen does, not what it looks like.

Dashboard Design
The dashboard for this application is an at a glance preview of crucial information important for the user at the moment the user is looking at it, and an easy way to navigate directly to various areas of the application that require user attention.
I kept in mind that the term 'dashboard' for users is a metaphor for a car dashboard, a cockpit area, a control environment.
